I am a PhD student at the UKEN Doctoral School in the field of Legal Sciences. I graduated from the Jagiellonian University Law School, defending my thesis entitled. ‘The imputability of causing mental harm to the offender in the context of Article 157 of the Penal Code’ at the Jagiellonian University Department of Criminal Law.
As part of my research, I continue to explore issues related to mental health damage from a criminal law perspective.
My research interests focus on substantive and procedural criminal law, as well as the topics of psychology and law, including in particular the issue of the victim-centered approach.
