Anna Widomska-Cichoń

PhD candidate in the discipline of literary studies. In 2021, she graduated with a degree in Polish Studies and Comparative Literature, and in 2023, with a degree in Polish Studies: Anthropology and Culture, from the Jagiellonian University. In her master’s thesis, she discussed the links between dreams and death in Kornel Filipowicz’s works. Her research interests include 20th- and 21st-century literature, genetic criticism, and anthropology of literature.

Under the supervision of Professor Paweł Próchniak, a PhD candidate is preparing a doctoral dissertation on the poetic aspect of Zygmunt Haupt’s prose.
