Bardh Lipa

Bardh Lipa is a PhD student in Political Science and Public Administration. Bardh holds a master’s degree from the Johan Skytte Institute of Political Studies at the University of Tartu (Estonia), where he specialized in Baltic Sea Region Studies, and a Bachelor from the University of Prishtina (Kosovo) in Political Science. His research interests lie in the fields of political parties, populism, post-conflict peacebuilding, and state-building. In particular, he focuses on the development of party politics after the declaration of Kosovo’s independence in 2008 and implications for democratization and state-building in Kosovo.

He submitted a doctoral thesis entitled “Party Politics in Post-Independence Kosovo: Implications for Peacebuilding and Statebuilding”
