Beata Przybycień

I am a PhD student at the Doctoral School of the University of the National Education Commission in Kraków in the discipline of political science and public administration. I completed my master’s degree at UKEN in the field of management in social services. In my research, I focus on issues related to palliative and hospice care, which I analyse in the context of social policy as well as institutional and social conditions.

My professional experience gained through work in a hospice constitutes an important context for my analyses and allows me to combine a theoretical perspective with practical insight into the functioning of the healthcare system.
