Izabela Leśniak

I am a PhD student in the discipline of mathematics. My dissertation in the field of curve theory is being written under the supervision of dr hab. prof. UKEN Piotr Pokora and dr Marek Janasz. I am a graduate of the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow. My research interests focus on combinatorial algebraic geometry, including singularity theory and combinatorial commutative algebra. I am currently working as a research assistant at the National Education Commission in Krakow. My hobbies include playing the saxophone, traveling and hiking in the mountains.
