Sabina Kozłowska

A PhD candidate in the discipline of political science and public administration at the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Manchester (2010) and a postgraduate diploma in Parliamentary Law and Practice from the University of Tasmania (2016).

She has gained professional experience in public administration and the civil service in Poland, the United Kingdom, and Australia, working at both central and regional levels. Her roles have included, among others, parliamentary officer at the Parliament of New South Wales, project and international cooperation coordinator in the Science Department at the Jagiellonian University Medical College, and project coordinator at the Marshal’s Office of the Małopolska Region. At the Małopolska Provincial Office in Kraków, she initially worked as a specialist in the Department for Foreigners and later served as a senior regional supervisor, responsible for diplomatic protocol and institutional cooperation.

She is currently employed as a senior specialist in the Social Transformations and Resilience (STR) Partnership Team at the National Science Centre, Poland. Her research interests include participatory processes and democratic innovations, as well as migration studies and human rights.
