Sebastian Krupa

I completed my bachelor’s studies at the Faculty of Applied Mathematics at AGH University of Science and Technology by defending a thesis entitled “Proper colourings of directed graphs without monochromatic sources”. My supervisor was Prof. Monika Pilśniak, DSc.

I obtained my master’s degree at the University of the National Education Commission in Kraków (UKEN), defending a thesis entitled “Approximate smoothness of real normed spaces”, supervised by Jacek Chmieliński, DSc, Professor  UKEN.

During my doctoral studies, I will investigate approximate geometric properties of normed spaces. In particular, I aim to describe approximate strict convexity and to define approximate reflexivity.

Outside of mathematics, I am interested in football and sport shooting. I am a supporter of Hutnik Nowa Huta.
