Rules of the Public Reporting Session (“major”)

  • The moderators invite the speakers to speak. PhD students have 15 minutes to present their project. The end is signalled.
  • The presentations of PhD students will be recorded by default.
  • A discussion (15-25 minutes) is foreseen after each panel.
  • During the presentation everyone can make comments and questions in the “chat room”. This content is archived.
  • During the discussion, the Speaker has 5 minutes to respond.
    • In case of multiple questions, the moderator has the right to indicate their order. In case the time for answers is insufficient – the speaker is obliged to send the missing answers to the School Office within 7 days. We will publish these answers on the MS Teams channel forum.
    • In case the time for answers is not fully used – the chairperson may give the floor to interested participants (for possible remarks and comments).
