Yuliia Soloviova

PhD candidate at the University of the Commission of National Education in Krakow (UKEN) in the field of linguistics. She graduated in Applied Linguistics from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The author of the master’s thesis entitled “Legal Language and Deontic Modality: Comparative Insights from Polish, English, Russian, and Ukrainian Hunting Acts”. In her forthcoming doctoral dissertation, she will focus on the comparative analysis of hunting terminology in three languages: Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian. Her research interests include diachronic linguistics, sociolinguistics, specialized terminology, and corpus-based studies.
